Start date for Westwood Cross Country is Monday 8, 2022 @7am. We will meet in the Westwood High school Band Parking lot and warm-up as a team. Every athlete needs an Athletic Physical to participate along with all of the online forms in Rankone. I look forward to seeing all of your faces on Monday. There is information below on how to join SportsYou that is how Coach Coy and I will communicate with ALL athletes and parents so it is very important that you and your parent joins SportsYou
