2007: Started on the offensive line for the Texans... Member of offensive line that helped gain 175.5 yards on the ground and 276.6 yards through the air for a total of 452.1 yards per game... 

University of Texas: Played in eight games for the Longhorns... Was a member of the Big XII Championship team, the 2004 Rose Bowl Championship team and the 2005 National Championship team... 

High School: Rated by Rivals.com as a four-star prospect and the No. 18 offensive tackle prospect in the United States...  Started three seasons primarily at offensive tackle... Named all-district twice... Earned second team 5A all-state honors from the Texas Sports Writers Association as a senior.... Named honorable mention all-state by The Associated Press as a senior... Earned all-district honors in leading Westwood to a 7-4 mark his junior season... Was First Team All-District 14-5A in 2003... Was also an All-Central Texas honoree... Threw the shot put and discus as a freshman, sophomore and junior and just the discus as a senior... Won the Freshman of the Year Award for posting all As at Westwood.. Named first team academic all-district in 2003 as a senior...
