Bio

Ashley Spicer was part of the 2006 Westwood high school graduation class. During her time at Westwood she played in many different junior international tournaments across the world eventually earning an ITF rank of 215. Spicer is currently a senior at Syracuse University and has done tennis for the past three years. As a sophomore there she was named the program’s MVP, earned an 18-game win streak, and even received the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll distinction. During her junior year she was named co-captain and did just as well as she had during her sophomore year: winning seven out of her eight first singles matches and completing doubles with a 15-6 record with her partner Chelsea Jones. Spicer is majoring in sports management and hopes to be able to continue playing tennis after college.
