Leslie Stewart Oduwole was born on December 26,1982 in Austin Texas. As Leslie grew, so did a love for tennis. Leslie’s mom Arlene teaches tennis at Lander, this is how she became introduced to tennis. Once she started high school at Westwood she joined the tennis team. She won Regionals and was a quarterfinalist at State. After graduating in 2001 she started going to Tyler Jr. College for two year and was the national champ for girls singles and doubles. After two years at Tyler, she started going to the University of Louisville where she played as number one on the team. She graduated in 2005. Leslie is now newly married and has decided to go back to college. She is at Texas State University (San Marcus) to get a degree in Sociology/Social Psychology (Social and Behavioral Sciences ).She will be graduating in 2011.
