Bio

Sean Fifield, not only Coach Dalrymple’s classmate but also one of his best friends, graduated from Westwood High School in 2000 having been on the varsity team for all three years he was here. He started playing tennis at age 6. As a high school freshman, he was on the varsity team at a high school in Illinois. Luckily for the Westwood tennis team, he moved to Texas the following year for a successful tennis career during his high school years (and beyond). Fifield was a state semifinalist in doubles his sophomore year; the same year, the Westwood team rose to be 2nd in state. He was a state quarterfinalist in doubles his senior year, and was also number one singles and doubles at Westwood as a senior. He then attended Trinity University (Class of ’04), where he continued to be a strong member of the team. He was the captain of the team for two years and a three time All-American. As a senior, he was number one singles and doubles, winning a Division III National Doubles title that year. After graduating from the South Texas School of Law in 2007, he is now an attorney—he was a special prosecutor for the State of Texas for 5 years, and now is an Assistant County Attorney for Williamson County.
