Bio

Nadezde Curcic, nicknamed Nada, is a Serbian transfer student who played for Westwood Tennis before going on to play for Bucknell University. In 2000, while a senior at Westwood, she reached the state quarter-finals with her doubles partner Leslie Stewart. Throughout her time at Bucknell, she accumulated 155 combined wins, breaking a university record. Of the 155 wins, 76 were from singles matches and 79 were from doubles matches, making her second in career singles wins and first in career doubles wins at the university. Curcic performed exceptionally well her senior year of 2005. As team captain, she led the Bucknell women's tennis team to a record 17 wins and runner-up at the Patriot League tournament. She ended the year with 31 wins and 4 losses, received the Patriot League Women's Tennis Player of the Year award, and graduated with an economics major.
