Personal Statement

Ben was born in Austin in the spring of 2002 and enjoyed playing soccer as soon as he could walk. Parents John and Heather also played soccer which encouraged his growth. Ben has a younger sister who will join him at Westwood next year. He also has two dogs who would like to join him at Westwood as well. 

Ben enjoys playing soccer anytime/anywhere, skiing any mountain, playing trumpet and hanging out with friends. He loves watching the Longhorns play and hopes to attend UT one day. He aspires to study business & marketing or major in biomedicine, and possibly play collegiate soccer or continue playing trumpet in the university marching band.

As a freshman Ben was a midfielder on JV White.

After spending most of his years playing in the midfield, his sophomore year Ben started as a outside back on JV Orange and found a new passion for defense.

This year he is a junior and is on Varsity as an outside back.
