Warrior Golf wins both boys and girls titles at Burnet's Legends tourney

On Tuesday, March 5th, both Warrior Boys and Girls golf teams won 1st place in the first annual Burnet at Legends Tournament in Kingsland, Texas. 

The boys team scored a total of 303, led by Jonathan Kim (senior) who won 2nd overall indvidual with a score of 74. Ryan Lee (junior) and John Gallen (sophomore) both scored a 76 to help the team win and tie for 3rd place overall.

The girls won their own division with a score of 311, led by Payton Kienitz (junior) who also won 2nd overall with a 75. Ruby Jones (sophomore) contributed a 76 to the win and garnered a 3rd place medalist spot. 

The Warriors continue their season with a District Preview tournament the week after Spring Break and the compete for a spot in Regionals at the District 25-6A Tournament at Delaware Springs in Burnet on March 27-28 (boys) and April 3-4 (girls).
