Bio

Assistant Coach Melanie Cullen recently moved to Texas from Birmingham, Alabama. She was a dancer at her studio and on her school teams for a total of 11 years. She also ran track and field for 6 years, where she received state medals in the 4x400m relay and women’s triple jump.

Coach Cullen has her major in Applied Mathematics with a minor in STEM Education from the UABTeach program at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She currently teaches Algebra II and iGeometry at Westwood High School.
