Mack was selected as the No. 1 overall pick by the USSSA Florida Pride during the National Pro Fastpitch Draft on March 7 ... The Pride was led by LSU head coach Beth Torina during the 2012 season ... Marked the third straight season that the SEC had the No. 1 overall pick in the NPF Draft … Tallied a 6-4 mark with a 3.46 ERA over 12 appearances in her rookie campaign … Picked up 58 strikeouts over her 64.2 innings of work … Notched her first career win with a complete game effort during a 7-1 win over the Carolina Diamonds (June 21) … Surrendered only an unearned run, four hits and racked up a career-best 10 strikeouts … Won five of her final six decisions on the season (July 7-August 19) … Returned to Tiger Park and fired 4.2 frames during an 11-6 win over the Carolina Diamonds (July 7) … Went the distance and allowed one run on five hits sparked by seven strikeouts as part of an 11-1 win over the Akron Racers (July 21) … Tossed 5.1 frames and picked up eight strikeouts during a 7-4 win versus the Chicago Bandits (July 29) … Concluded her rookie campaign on a strong note with a complete game where she was touched up for two runs on four hits fueled by five strikeouts during a 5-2 victory over the Akron Racers (Aug. 19) … Traded to the Akron Racers before the start of the 2013 season.
